SUSTAINABILITY AT THE CORE OF AISLE MASTER
Aisle Master has a vast range of experience in providing cost-effective solutions to materials handling problems.
“You can be sure of peerless quality and support when buying any Aisle Master articulated forklift truck,” says Aisle Master.
Machines are built in Monaghan, Ireland – also home to parent company Combilift. The local distributor is Aisle Master NZ.
A state-of-the-art production line, plus extensive R&D facilities enables the company to pursue the aim of continual product enhancement, thus giving its customers “nothing but the best”.
Sustainability is at the core of all machines built.
“At Combilift, we’re committed to enhancing our customer’s sustainability efforts by providing them with environmental and economic value. All our material handling solutions have sustainability at their core. This means every Aisle Master is designed to maximise efficiency, storage capacity and improve safety. After all, a core element in the Aisle Master ethos is to help customers increase storage without the need to expand the size of their facility, leading to reduced energy usage and associated costs such as heating, lighting and maintenance,” the company says.
“We produce versatile forklift technologies that can fulfil multiple roles, inside and out, reducing fleet size, thus reducing carbon footprint. The carbon footprint can be further reduced by using electric forklifts, and our non-electric engines adhere to the strictest emissions and efficiency guidelines. In addition, our solutions have a circular economy ethos at their core as 92% of the components used are recyclable. Plus, all our vehicles are over-engineered to extend the truck’s lifespan and reduce the costs associated with maintenance.”
There are now around 60,000 units working around the world in locations as varied as Alaska and Australia, supported by a network of distributors and factory trained engineers to ensure service and after sales back up is fast and effective.
With the ability to operate in very narrow aisles in the warehouse – as narrow as 1.6 metres – the Aisle-Master articulated forklift increases and maximises storage capacity. What’s more, by using the one truck, users can increase productivity and eliminate time-consuming double handling and speed up “truck to rack” operations.
Thanks to an extremely robust chassis and masts purpose-made to withstand heavy-duty use, Aisle Master forklifts offer “superb construction quality as standard”. Each truck is manufactured using high grade steel and castings then distributed from Aisle Master’s global headquarters following an extensive inspection programme.
AISEL MASTER AME-OP
The Aisle Master–OP (order picker) is what Combilift describes as the “perfect articulated forklift for order picking in narrow aisles’ and has been designed for operator comfort with ease of access on both sides of the machine.
The AME-OP is a stand-on electric powered model that combines the advantages of a narrow aisle articulated forklift and an order picker for versatile operation in warehousing applications.
The main benefits of AC electric include enhanced performance levels, leading to increased pallet movements for greater productivity and improved acceleration and gradeability. There are also fewer wearable parts resulting in low maintenance and reduced downtime.
Features include AC technology, joystick traction and mast controls, entry/exit both sides. Hydraulic steering, spring applied parking brake and 205 degree articulation.
