LDX LAUNCHES…

TDX announces LDX as NZ dealer for Linde Material Handling

TDX, described as a leading supplier within the heavy equipment industry and distributor of international brands such as Volvo and Yanmar, has started the company’s new exclusive dealer partnership with Linde Material Handling Equipment with the announcement of a dedicated, Linde-focused company.

The new company, known as LDX, will feature a team of specialists responsible for the extensive range of Linde ‘forklift’ trucks, pallet and reach trucks, pallet stackers and order pickers.

“LDX will be built on the same foundations as TDX, where over time will offer a lift and dig experience, putting the customer at the centre of everything as we strive to deliver a world-class experience, backed by local know-how,” says Colm Hamrogue, TDX CEO.

“The creation of LDX delivers a clear distinction between two different but also complementary areas of our business and will help all our customers better understand what we can offer. We’re excited to launch LDX and welcome Linde into our family.”

Hamrogue says that Linde is a world-renowned brand with a legacy of excellence, providing some of the most powerful, innovative and safest material handling equipment available.

Linde Material Handling boasts over 100 years of experience in developing high-performance, safe, and innovative material solutions. These solutions, customised to individual customer needs, offer sustainable competitive advantages.

The company has built an enviable history through innovation in industrial trucks, fleet management, driver assistance systems and comprehensive service offerings, with Linde placing safety at the forefront.

This is evident in their product features, including exceptional visibility, industry-leading ergonomics, and the unique anti-roll back assurance provided by their patented hydrostatic drive system. This innovative system facilitates smooth acceleration in both directions, utilising full engine power without a traditional transmission.

Linde’s dedication to safety extends beyond mere features; they prioritise developing safety solutions tailored to minimise risks to operators, personnel, equipment and warehouse environments.

Understanding the diverse needs of businesses, Linde offers a versatile three-tier equipment range designed to cater to low, mid, and high-demand applications. This ensures customers find solutions that align with their budget and specific needs, regardless of their business size.

Furthering safety, Linde’s FleetFocus fleet management tool enables real-time fleet monitoring and management, aiding in the analysis of important data to simplify and streamline decision-making processes, thus facilitating effective material handling management.

Dedicated to developing intelligent safety technology and innovative industrial trucks, Linde’s integrated solutions empower customers to tackle the complex challenges of modern, safe intralogistics.

“Establishing the new business demonstrates our commitment to the brand as it gives it the focus it deserves,” says Hamrogue.

“It also reassures existing Linde customers that they remain front of mind and also gives potential clients a great new reason to consider LDX.”
